The prices that you see on pazitosinc.com are exclusive prices for customers that place purchases with pazitosinc.com.
These prices are not reflective of the prices in the stores that carry pazitos.

All SALE ITEMS are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Processing:

It may take approximately 24-48 hours to process an order before the Shipping Method chosen ships it.
When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 1- 5 additional days to process an order. At this time we do not provide expedited service.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping is provided via USPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.
We require a signature for all deliveries
(You cannot Waive Signature Delivery)
We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address.
Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled.

At the present time, we are only shipping to the United States.

Shipping Method:

You can choose Regular:
(USPS usually delivers within 4-6 business days.)

Or, you can choose Priority:
(UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.)

Please note that it may be longer for USPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse.

USPS does not deliver on federal holidays.

In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.

Free Shipping for a Limited Time Offers:

Free Shipping for a Limited Time, on specific items, is the Regular Method of Shipping.

The shipping cost will be included on the order, when it is placed.

On the day that the order is processed and being shipped, the shipping cost will be removed and a charge will be made for the items being shipped.

Shipping a Gift:

We can ship your purchase as a gift to another party.
All items are shipped in a pazitos box, and are not gift wrapped.
Unfortunately, gift cards are not available at this time.

Return and Exchange Policy:

pazitos offers the highest quality merchandise and service.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.

If you do not ship the shoes back in the original shoebox, you will receive $10.00 less credit from your order.

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note – the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless PazitosInc.com has sent the wrong size or item.

*Refunds are not permitted unless pazitosinc.com has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange for the correct item or a replacement.*

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by USPS, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:

You may only cancel your order via email, telephone, or fax, up to 12 hours after placing your order. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from pazitos.

pazitos may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available.
You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.

In the event that part of your order is out of stock, pazitos will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock.
You will not be charged for the removed items.

If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
